Last week, the JOB Group took part in the World Market Leader Forum at Louisenlund boarding school. Together with more than ten other world market leaders from Schleswig-Holstein, the company engaged in conversation with committed talents and provided insights into a wide range of career opportunities in internationally successful companies.
Colleague Kim Möller represented the JOB Group on stage as a speaker and gave a presentation on working for a global market leader in an international context. She highlighted the development opportunities, prospects, and challenges offered by a globally active company—and how innovation, teamwork, and international cooperation are lived out every day at the JOB Group. Afterwards, Ms. Möller and JOB Group Managing Director Philip Müller were available for personal discussions.
The forum provided an excellent platform for exchange and networking. The direct dialogue with participants interested in career paths in leading international companies was particularly valuable. It is a special honor for the JOB Group to be part of this strong network of global market leaders in Schleswig-Holstein and to share experiences and perspectives.
