JOB GmbH gets its name from its founder, Eduard J. Job.
In 1971, the company was founded in Ahrensburg near Hamburg based on an idea for producing glass products. With ever new technical innovations and new patented developments every year, the company’s economic success also grew steadily. Today the JOB Group employs over 185 people worldwide.

Working on and improving our machines is sometimes quite strenuous. You stay cool in our team! The close cooperation between machine operators, designers, developers, and maintenance staff is what makes finding the solution possible. Quality assurance checks and controls whether all systems, raw materials and products meet our high-quality standards. Together with the purchasing department, which ensures that all raw materials and materials are procured on time, and the internal sales department, which is responsible for taking orders and scheduling them, the result is a well-functioning team.
IT safeguards a smooth information infrastructure. To ensure that all orders leave our warehouse on time, our warehouse and shipping employees take care of the packing and dispatch of the products on time.
To ensure that all these processes run smoothly, the human resources department takes care of the recruitment of new team members and their well-being.
To secure all of these processes, all business- and financial transactions come together in accounting and are processed and accounted for here.
