The JOB Group was represented as an exhibitor at the training fair in Ahrensburg, where it held numerous exciting discussions with motivated young people about their professional future. Direct exchange with potential young talent is particularly valuable to us and repeatedly demonstrates the high level of interest in sound training. As a responsible training company, we take our training mission very seriously. A structured and comprehensive onboarding process makes it easier for our trainees to get started and accompanies them step by step in their everyday working life. In addition, our trainees gain insights into various departments of our company. This enables them to get to know our processes and procedures holistically and develop a broad understanding of how the company works together.
For the start of training in 2026, we are currently looking for trainees to become industrial mechanics (m/f/d) and electronics technicians for industrial engineering (m/f/d). We also offer other training positions and the opportunity to pursue a dual degree program.
