Following the successful launch of the 2026 BEST event series in Munich and Berlin, the event continued in Hanover, once again confirming its reputation as a platform for in-depth, interdisciplinary exchange on the topic of fire safety. Together with high-profile speakers such as Lutz Erbe (certified expert and author), Gunther von Laer (PHW Group), Thorben Behrend (IKS Sottrum), as well as Markus Fiebig and Nico Kühn from the JOB Group, a diverse program was offered that focused on both current challenges and future developments. 
The event centered primarily on dialogue: experts from industry, architecture, and the insurance sector met with fire protection engineers responsible for operational matters. This deliberately chosen mix of different perspectives enabled a practical exchange that went beyond traditional technical presentations. The discussions clearly demonstrated how important it is to understand interfaces and develop solutions together, especially in a field characterized by complex requirements and a high level of responsibility.
