First meeting
We see our interviews as the start of a working relationship, so we appreciate it when you are as open as possible and give us the opportunity to get to know you and your way of working. You can expect us to provide you with all the information you need to make the right decision for you. The interview will usually be conducted by our HR team and your future manager. We will do our best to give you feedback as soon as possible after the interview.

Usually, further questions arise after an interview, which we are happy to clarify at this point. On our part, it is important to reinforce the positive impression made during the first interview. We also want to answer any open questions and, if necessary, give other colleagues the opportunity to get to know you.
trial day & contract offers
Before making a decision, we ask applicants to attend a trial day at our premises. This gives applicants the opportunity to find out more about the tasks and working conditions involved in the role and to get to know the team. It also helps us to make a final decision about whether we would like to work with the applicant.
If we come to the conclusion that we are a good fit, you will receive a job offer from us.
