START-UP RECHARGY
START-UP FROM BERLIN RELIES ON INTEGRATED FIRE PROTECTION WITH AMFE
The AMFE automatically detects fires in switch cabinets and electrical appliances. The system prevents the spread of fire and further damage to property. The JOB AMFE protects devices and systems in industry, households and consumer electronics (e.g. switch cabinets, machines, digital signage, etc.). The Berlin start-up Rechargy uses the innovative business model of renting power banks and setting up “Power Banks To Go” stations. The Rechargy stations are located in public areas and are therefore subject to strict fire protection and safety precautions. The stations are located by users with the help of an app. The fire risk is classified as very high due to the technology used, but can be reduced by using the AMFE.

Thanks to integrated fire protection, the charging and power electronics areas are reliably protected. The concept of integrated fire protection convinced the risk engineers, so that nothing stands in the way of installation in many sensitive areas.
In the event of a fire, the AMFE triggers thermally before the fire can spread. It extinguishes quickly, efficiently and without any residue or causing any damage to its surroundings. Thanks to the integrated fire protection, Rechargy stations can be installed in buildings and public places without any problems or safety risks.
